গুৱাহাটী,১৩ জানুৱাৰী:  ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় পৰম্পৰাগত কলা, লোকসঙ্গীত, লোকনৃত্য আৰু লোকখাদ্য "শিলাগ্রাম মহোৎসৱ-২০১৮" অহা ১৭, ১৮, ১৯ আৰু ২০ জানুৱাৰী ২০১৮ তাৰিখে চাৰিদিনীয়া বিশাল কৰ্মসূচীৰে অনুষ্ঠিত হ'ব। শিল্পগ্ৰাম মহোৎসৱত লোকসঙ্গীত, লোকনৃত্য, থিয়েটার, পৰম্পৰাগত খাদ্য, কলা, আৰু  শিশুৰ কলা কৌশলৰ সংমিশ্ৰনেৰে এক ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় কলা উৎসৱ ব আয়োজন কৰা হৈছে। এই ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় পৰম্পৰাগত কলা, লোকসঙ্গীত, লোকনৃত্য আৰু লোকখাদ্যৰ মহোৎসৱটিলৈ ইতিমধ্যেই কেওটা মাণ্ডলিক কেন্দ্ৰৰ লগতে অন্যান্য প্ৰান্তৰ লোকশিল্পীসকলকো আমন্ত্রণ জনোৱা হৈছে। ইপিনে শিশুসকলৰ প্রতি
ভা বিকাশ অনুষ্ঠান, জাদু প্ৰদৰ্শন, শিশু চিত্রনাট্য আৰুৎ চিত্ৰাঙ্কন কর্মশালা, ‌উত্তৰপূৱৰ আঠখন ৰাজ্যৰে বিভিন্ন জনগোষ্ঠীৰ লোকনৃত্য আৰু লোকসঙ্গীত, নাট আৰু থিয়েটাৰ প্ৰদৰ্শন, মূকাভিনয় প্রদর্শনী উপস্থাপনৰ উপৰিও বিশিষ্ট শিল্পী সোনাল মানসিংহৰ ধ্ৰুপদীনৃত্য, আৰু অসমৰ জনপ্ৰিয় কণ্ঠশিল্পীৰ দ্ৱাৰা লোকসংগীতৰ এক ফিউছনৰ গীতৰ অনুষ্ঠানৰো দিহা কৰা হৈছে লগতে মহোৎসৱৰ কেওদিনে থাকিব বস্ত্ৰমেলা, পৰম্পৰা খাদ্যমেলা, প্ৰদৰ্শনী ।  

        প্ৰণিধানযোগ্য, উত্তৰ পূৱ মাণ্ডলিক সাংস্কৃতিক কেন্দ্র এটি সাংস্কৃতিক মন্ত্রণালয়ৰ, অধিনৰ স্বশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠান, যি ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ দ্বাৰা গঠন কৰা হৈছে I সঙ্গীত, নৃত্য, থিয়েটাৰ, কলা, চিত্ৰ ভাস্কৰ্য আৰু নৃতাত্ত্বিক প্রচাৰ,প্ৰসাৰ,সংবৰ্ধন আৰু্ সংৰক্ষণৰ কাৰণে উত্তৰ-পূর্বাঞ্চলীয় ৰাজ্যসমূহৰ সাংস্কৃতিক ঐতিহ্য ৰক্ষা আৰুর বিকশাই তোলাৰ কৰাৰ এক মহান লক্ষ্য নিধাৰণ কৰা হৈছে । ২00৬ চনত গুৱাহাটীৰ পাঞ্জাবাৰীত শিল্পগ্ৰাম নামেৰে স্থাপন এই কেন্দ্রটিয়ে শুভাৰম্ভণীৰে পৰাই " শিল্পগ্ৰাম "ক  উত্তৰ-পূবাঞ্চলৰ চিত্ৰকলা আৰু শিল্পকলা ভঁৰাল হিচাপে কাম কৰি অহাই নহয়, বিভিন্ন সময়ত কর্মশালাৰ আয়োজন, শিৱিৰ স্থাপন, শিশুসকলৰ প্ৰতিভা সন্ধানী কার্যকালাপৰ মাধ্যমেৰে চাৰু কলাশিল্প প্ৰচাৰ প্ৰসাৰ কৰি আহিছে।
     উল্লেখ্য যে,নাগালেণ্ডৰ ৰাজ্যপাল তথা NEZCC ৰ ছেয়াৰপাৰ্ছন পদ্মনাভ বালকৃষ্ণ আচার্যই এই অনুষ্ঠানত অহা ১৭ জানুৱাৰীৰ বিয়লি ৫:৩০ বজাত বিশেষ অতিথি হিচাপে উপস্থিত থাকি মহোৎসৱৰ শুভ আৰম্ভণী কৰিব। লগতে প্রখ্যাত সাহিত্যিক, শিক্ষাবিদ আৰু স্ৱনামধন্য শিল্পী ড০ বীৰেন্দ্রনাথ দত্ত, আৰু গুৱাহাটী বিশ্ৱবিদ্যালয়ৰ উপাচাৰ্য় ড০ মৃদুল হাজৰিকা, সন্মানীয় অতিথি আসন অলংকৃত কৰিব। প্ৰতিদিনে পুৱা ১১ বজাৰ পৰা সন্ধিয়া ৯:৩০ লৈকে চলিব লগীয়া এই মহোৎসৱলৈ সকলোৱে স-পৰিয়ালে আহি বিনামূল্যই অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰিব পাৰিব।

             National Festival of Folk Dance, Arts & Music

         Shilpgram Mahostav will begin from 17th January             

Sangbad Sanggam NE, Guwahati, January 13 : The North East Zone Cultural Centre is  organizing Shilpgram Mahotsav- 2018 a National Level Festival of Arts on Music, Dance, Theatre, Food, Craft, Children Activities marking its 12^th Foundation Day at its complex at Panjabari, Guwahati from 17^th to 20^th January, 2018 on a larger scale in order to draw a wider media and public participation from and beyond the region.

           The festival will present the cultural heritage of the North East. Apart from the zone, the artistes from other zone have been invited. Artistes and craftsman will participate in the festival. Children Talent Presentation, Magical Show, Children Painting & Drawing Workshop, Vanishing Art, Folk Dances & Music, Drama Presentation, Mime Show Presentation, Classical Dance by Sonal Mansing, & Fusion Songs & Music by Various Popular Artistes from Assam will be main focus of the Mahotsav. The Mahotsav will be entry free and open to all from 11.00am to 9.30 pm onwards . 

        The primary objectives of preservation, promotion and dissemination of the folk art & culture of the region within and outside the region has been achieved to a great extent since its inception and more so during the recent years by the North East Zone Cultural Centre under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

 The NEZCC organizes a number of Crafts Mela by providing available space at nominal rent. Cultural shows are also organized by inviting various artistes to perform at the Complex in the evenings at the Open Air Stage to project and promote the performing arts of the region. The facilities of the crafts village are also being made available to private and semi government organizations for holding programmes. Shilpgram is a hub of cultural activities offering opportunities to varied performing artistes, Crafts persons etc.

 The Centre is making all out effort to ensure mass participation in the activities of the Shilpgram by involving NGOs, individuals working in the field of Art & Culture, schools, colleges and universities are also encouraged to associate themselves and contribute to the progress of Shilpgram through their innovative and creative ideas.

The major highlights of the festival includes, Theatre presentation, Magic Show, Mime Show,  Children’s Painting  and Drawing Workshop, Folk fusion music by various popular artistes of Assam in addition  to Choreographed Folk Dance presentation, Classical Dance, Food & Crafts Mela etc.

       Hon’ble Governor of Nagaland & Chairman, NEZCC Shri Padmanabha Balakrishna Acharya has consented to grace the occasion as Chief Guest on 17^th January, 2018 at 5: 30 pm. Dr. Birendra Nath Dutta, Eminent Author, Scholar & Artist and Dr.Mridul Hazarika, Vice-Chancellor of Gauhati University will grace the occasion as a Guests of Honour. All are welcome to the festival

News Desk,Sangbad Sanggam NE:   2006 में, शिल्पाग्राम को गुवाहाटी  पंजाबारी में स्थापित किया है। इसकी स्थापना के बाद से केंद्र पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र के कला और शिल्प केंद्र के रूप में काम कर रहा है और शिल्प को बढ़ावा देना, बच्चों की गतिविधि के लिऐ इस साल हम शिल्पाग्राम महोत्सव - 2018 को संगीत, नृत्य, रंगमंच, खाद्य, शिल्प, बाल क्रियाकलापों पर राष्ट्रीय स्तर का कला आयोजन कर रहे हैं, जो अपने परिसर में 12 वीं फाउंडेशन दिवस को पंजाबारी गुवाहाटी में अगले 17 से 20 जनवरी, 2018 को बड़े स्तर पर होने जा रही है  ।

यह शिल्पाग्राम महोत्सव - 2018 में  क्षेत्र के अलावा, अन्य क्षेत्र के कलाकारों को आमंत्रित किया गया है। त्योहार में कलाकार और शिल्पकार भाग लेंगे। बच्चों की प्रतिभा प्रस्तुति, जादुई दिखाना, बच्चों के चित्रकारी और आरेखण कार्यशाला, लुप्त कला, लोक नृत्य और संगीत, नाटक प्रस्तुति, माइम शो प्रस्तुतीकरण, सोनाल मानसिंग द्वारा नृत्य, और असम के विभिन्न लोकप्रिय कलाकारों द्वारा फ्यूजन गाने और संगीत रखा गया है । महोत्सव सुबह 11.00 बजे से शाम 9.30 बजे तक सभी के लिए नि: शुल्क और खुले होंगे । एनईजेसीसी नाममात्र किराया पर उपलब्ध स्थान प्रदान करके कई शिल्प मेले का आयोजन करता है।

विभिन्न कलाकारों को क्षेत्र के प्रदर्शन कलाओं को प्रोजेक्ट और प्रचारित करने के लिए ओपन एयर स्टेज के शाम में परिसर में प्रदर्शन करने के लिए आमंत्रित करके सांस्कृतिक शो आयोजित किए जाते हैं। कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन के लिए निजी और अर्ध सरकारी संगठनों को शिल्प गांव की सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं। शिल्पाग्राम सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों का केंद्र है, जो विभिन्न प्रदर्शनकारी कलाकारों, शिल्प व्यक्तियों आदि के अवसर प्रदान करता है। केंद्र एनजीओ, कला और संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे व्यक्तियों को शामिल करके शिल्पाग्राम की गतिविधियों में सामूहिक भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी प्रयास कर रहा है।

   महाविद्यालयों और विश्वविद्यालयों को भी स्वयं को संबद्ध करने और शिल्पाग्राम की प्रगति में उनके नवीन और रचनात्मक विचारों के माध्यम से योगदान करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है। शिल्पाग्राम महोत्सव के मुख्य आकर्षण में लोक नृत्य, प्रस्तुति, मैजिक शो, माइम शो, बच्चों के चित्रकारी और आरेखण कार्यशाला, नृत्य, नृत्य, खाद्य और शिल्प मेला आदि के अलावा असम के विभिन्न लोकप्रिय कलाकारों द्वारा लोक संलयन संगीत शामिल हैं।

नागालैंड के माननीय राज्यपाल और NEZCC के अध्यक्ष श्री पद्मनाभ बालकृष्ण आचार्य ने इस अवसर को मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में 17 जनवरी, 2018 शाम 5:30 बजे को अनुमोदित करने के लिए सहमति दी है। डॉ। बिरेंद्र नाथ दत्ता, प्रख्यात लेखक, स्कॉलर एबं प्रख्यात शिल्पी और डॉ मिरदुल हाजरिका, उप- आचार्य,  गुवाहाटी विश्वविद्यालय इस अवसर को अतिथि सम्मान के रूप उप्सित हौंगे ।

North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC ), Dimapur, Ministry of Culture, Government of India in Association with Voluntary Action Society (VAS) organized Border Area Programme a Celebration & Showcasing of Cultural Dances under the theme of “Bridging the Border” at Picnic spot of Bhairabkunda in Udalguri district of Assam on last Sunday.

Inaugural session 

The Bhairabkunda is situated with the wonderful sites of nature in the tri-junction of Bhutan, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, is considered to be a God's gift for the human being. Bhairabkunda also a very popular picnic spot in Udalguri.
     The Folk artistes from the States of Uttar Pradesh , Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram, Meghalaya, and Assam participated in the programme. Bodo dance from Rowta, Solakia dance from Mizoram, Santhali dance by Udalguri, Lewatana dance from Meghalaya, Rabha dance from Tangla, Sankha Badan dance from Odissa, Dhedia dance from Uttar Pradesh, Badhai Nritya from Madhya Pradesh, and also Adivasi dance from Udalguri were presented the vibrant eye catching colourful folk dances with folk musics.

Beautiful Bhairabkunda

  The North Eastern States share international borders with China, Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar and Bangladesh. Border Area Programme is being implemented to initiate suitable programmes and activities for the people living along international Border Areas giving them a chance to participate in the cultural activities thereby giving them sense of belongingness and thus nurture national integration.

Adivasi Dance

    Executive Engineer of NEZCC, Ranjan Biswas inaugurated the programme, while, President Derhashar Swargiary VAS  delivered the welcome speech in the inaugural ceremony. As dignitaries Programme coordinator Long Puinba, Theatre director Ashim Kr. Nath,  General Secretary Alongbar Brahma graced in the programme. In last, Deputy President of VAS Monjib Mochahari give the vote of thanks.

  ওদালগুৰি নগৰৰ পৰা ২৪ কি মি উত্তৰে অৱস্থিত প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দৰ্য্যৰ ৰম্যভূমি    ওদালগুৰি জিলাৰ অসম-অৰুণাচল প্ৰদেশ-ভূটান সীমান্তৱৰ্তী ভৈৰৱকুণ্ডত কালি এদিনীয়া কাৰ্যসূচীৰে " সীমান্ত এলেকা অনুষ্ঠান অৰ্থাৎ বৰ্ডাৰ এৰিয়া প্ৰ'গ্ৰাম " অনুষ্ঠিত হৈ যায়।  

     ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ সাংস্কৃতিক মন্ত্ৰণালয়ৰ উত্তৰ পূৱ মাণ্ডলিক সাংস্কৃতিক কেন্দ্ৰ ডিমাপুৰৰ উদ্যোগত আৰু ওদালগুৰি ভালেন্টেৰী এক্সন চ'ছাইটি ৰ সৌজন্যত ত্ৰি-সীমান্তৱৰ্তী অঞ্চলটোৰ জনসাধাৰ‌ণৰ মাজত শান্তি-সম্প্ৰীতি,সাংস্কৃতিক বিনিময়, একতা আৰু সংহতি প্ৰতিষ্ঠাৰ উপৰিও দেশৰ পৰ্যটন মানচিত্ৰত এক সুকিয়া স্থান দিয়াৰ উদ্দেশ্যে এই সীমান্ত এলেকা সাংস্কৃতিক মহোৎসৱৰ আযোজন কৰা হয়। 

      অনুষ্ঠানত জনগোষ্ঠীয় বিভিন্ন বাৰেৰহনীয়া লোকনৃত্য  আৰু সংগীতৰ মূৰ্চনাই প্ৰকৃতিৰ অপূৰ্বভূমি ভৈৰৱকুণ্ডৰ আকাশ বতাহ মুখৰিত কৰাই নহয়, সীমান্তবাসী আৰু বনভোজ খাবলৈ অহা হাজাৰ হাজাৰ লোকক বিমুগ্ধ কৰিবলৈ সক্ষম হয়। 

     উল্লেখ্য যে অনুষ্ঠানত মধ্য প্ৰদেশৰ বাধাই নৃত্য, উত্তৰ প্ৰদেশৰ ধেদিয়া-দাণ্ডিয়া নৃত্য, টংলাৰ ৰাভা নৃত্য, উড়িষাৰ শংখ বাদ‌ন নৃত্য, ওদালগুৰিৰ আদিৱাসী নৃত্য, মেঘালয়ৰ লেৱাটানা নৃত্য, ওদালগুৰিৰ চান্থালী নৃত্য, মিজোৰামৰ ছলাকিয়া নৃত্য, আৰু ৰৌতাৰ বড়ো বৰদৈচিলা‌ নৃত্য প্ৰদৰ্শণ কৰা হয়।
